, our staff are often working around helicopters, in the hanger or flying and are not able to answer the phone. For non urgent enquiries please drop us an email and we will endevour to get back to you within a couple of hours. Our freephone 0800 number diverts calls to our mobiles and we will answer them if we can. If your call goes to our answering service please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Should your enquiry be very urgent then please call 01273 465389. This will connect you to Fast Helicopters, if you explain to them that you need to contact Helifly - they will do their best to get hold of us or address your question directly.
